Testimonials
I have learned so much about myself here and I haven’t been able to relax this much since I was 10 years! I will cherish this experience and hope to continue with a yoga mind set into my life at home. Practicing yoga in such a beautiful, serene and safe environment allowed me to take it to another level. The mix of physical and mental growth in class was amazing.

“ Lotus Blooming is a chic yoga retreat in a pretty whitewashed villa nestled in the shadow of the Conch Mountain, where I spent four blissful days.
Lotus Blooming’s inspirational founder is Caroline Millot. Fashion designer, restaurateur, furniture restorer and now hostess extraordinaire, she is not your average yogi. “
“ I think, for one beautiful moment, I might have cracked it. You don’t have to be a yoga “goody two shoes” like Gwyneth Paltrow or chain-smoking yoga rebel like Kate Moss. You can be both, or neither. To quote the wise Buddhist teachers of old, you can take the middle path between extremes of pure self-indulgence and self-mortifcation. “ CLICK HERE to read what The Sunday Express has to say about us
