At Lotus Blooming our success and the foundation of our detox lies in the combination of the fresh fruit juices and soups prepared daily, with a green crunchy salad midday to cleanse the body. The yoga classes are designed to support the detoxing process with specific asanas and breathing. Lastly but not lease are the Ayurveda massages that are also a great tool to assist with the cleansing and rejuvenation of the body. Our wish is for our guests to leave feeling invigorated, alive, lighter and with a sense of peace, serenity and happiness.

| 05:30 p.m. | Yoga class with meditation and techniques to further the detox |
| 07:00 p.m. | Lightly steamed vegetable's of the season (winter is vegetable broth) |
| 09:00 p.m. | Detox medicine |
| 10:00 p.m. | Bedtime |
| Essential to drink one and a half to two liters of mineral water per day. You can drink as much infusion teas as liked. |
